Since the card was working before you reinstalled, I would suspect you have a conflict in one of the drivers. Did you ever get your wireless card working?

I have been browsing the internet just fine, my husband moved our router and cable modem last night to a different room to get them out of our main living room, and this dell d610 latitude wireless when I went on, my wireless switch is turned off. I forced it to go and look in that folder and it found the right driver and was dell d610 latitude wireless able to configure my wireless card.
