I tried check for solution and I get nothing. Code 19 I would suggest you touninstall the driver from Device Manager, and then scan for new hardware to install the driver again.
To fix this problem you can first try running a Troubleshooting Wizard. Say within the last month. Did this solve your problem?

I would suggest you touninstall the driver from Device Manager, and then scan for new hardware to install the driver again. Windows may have the driver built-in, or may still have the driver files installed from the last time that you set up the device.
