Its a setting in you virtualbox is my guess. Linux host is Fedora The problem seems to be the initial recognition of the USB device when the guest first tries to acquire it.

Under Windows 10 inside virtualbox, after selecting the USB devicce to be owned by the Windows virtual machine, I get the digilent adept usb device. Disable AutoRun in Windows host for the drives that the SanDisk device will appear as it will show up as a CD drive and a removable drive. Is there a way to debug this problem?
